St. Vincent Preventative Family Care is a care management organization that provides remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and physician liaison management services to hospitals, home health care agencies, and local clinics. Founded on April 23, 2018, St. Vincent PFC is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Vincent B. Seaborn is the founder and CEO of St. Vincent Preventative Family Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Tennessee State University. In addition, he has a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
He has worked in various medical research roles with prestigious organizations, including Vanderbilt University, Tennessee State University, and the Veterans Association (VA) Medical Center.
As an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative, Mr. Seaborn has collaborated with leading pharma companies, including AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline.
